The application is directed to a flow injection analysis (FIA) system based on a modified copper working electrode for the amperometric determination of analytes such as sugar, sulfites, ethanol, etc., whose concentration is important in the quality control of wine. This allows use of a larger number of samples, in time, being faster than techniques based on titration volumes requiring order of microliters, which has not been pretreated, thus avoiding the use of reactive contaminants. |
