The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for oriental melon juice by mixing a Hippophae rhamnoides extract, and more specifically, to a method for proving new and healthy juice by mixing a Hippophae rhamnoides extract obtained by heating Hippophae rhamnoides in boiled water with oriental melon juice, and for creating new income to farmers as new juice using oriental melon is introduced. The present invention has a simple manufacturing process by using oriental melon being cut as a whole, saves costs of equipment, may become a new income source for farmers due to convenient distribution with long expiration date, and provides new juice with sweet and sour taste with the mixture of oriental melon juice and the Hippophae rhamnoides extract. |
