A shining address sign comprises: an inner case of a sign in which a light emitting lamp is embedded to identify the number of an address at night; a solar cell attached to the case of the sign which is used as a power of the light emitting lamp; a surrounding illuminance detecting sensor for turning the light emitting lamp on and off according to the amount of light by detecting surrounding illuminance of the solar cell; and an exterior unit additional rubber packing case additionally attached for durability.
