The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass product from glass melt, including the steps of: continually introducing glass melt into a stirring container; stirring the glass melt inside the stirring container using one or more blade stirrers fixated on an axis of the stirrer which is virtually arranged vertically in the stirring container; continually discharging the glass melt from the stirring container; and obtaining the glass product by plasticizing the glass melt. As a result of the stirring, the glass melt positioned on the surface of the stirring container is sucked into the stirring container, or prevented from or at least is minimized from forming a surface layer of the glass melt with a composition thereof different from a composition of the introduced glass melt. Also, as another result of the stirring, the glass melt positioned on the surface of the stirring container is prevented from being sucked into the stirring container or, the glass melt is only insubstantially sucked into the stirring container. |
