The device aspect of the present invention relates to an information processing device which generates customer movement trajectories without collecting information about actual movement of customers. This information processing device is provided with: a map information acquisition unit which acquires map information; a destination location acquisition unit which acquires a destination location; a route search unit which, on the basis of road information included in the map information, searches for the shortest routes from selected points along each road to the destination; and a customer movement trajectory generation unit which sets the found shortest routes as customer movement trajectories. The selected points along the roads are spaced a predetermined distance or distances from the destination; specifically, these selected points are located on at least one circle centered at the destination.
