<p>The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete structural element (1) for creating a protective wall (11), particularly a noise protection wall or a retaining wall, and a method for producing said prefabricated concrete structural element (1). A prefabricated concrete structural element (1) for creating a protective wall (11) has a substantially vertical wall plate (2) on one side of which a gabion basket (7) is arranged for receiving a layered arrangement of natural rock and/or filler material, wherein spacer hooks (5) are arranged on the wall plate (2) for forming the gabion basket (7), to which hooks a wire mesh (6) is fastened at a distance from the wall plate (2). The spacer hook (5) comprises a hook (5.1) on which to hang a wire mesh (6), a spacer piece (5.2) for forming a gap between the wire mesh (6) and the wall plate (2), and an anchoring piece (5.3), by means of which the spacer hook (5) can be fastened on the wall plate (2). The method for producing a prefabricated concrete structural element (1) comprises the method steps: - casting a concrete mix into formwork to form a prefabricated concrete structural element (1) with a section designed as a wall plate (2); - anchoring the spacer hooks (5) in the wall plate (2) by placing the anchoring piece (5.3) in the concrete when it has not yet cured in such a manner that the spacer piece (5.2) and the hook (5.1) of the spacer hook (5) project beyond the surface of the wall plate (2); - curing the concrete; and - hanging the wire mesh (6) on the hooks (5.1) of the spacer hooks (5), such that the wire mesh (6) is positioned at a distance from the wall plate (2) and a gabion basket (7) is formed between the wire mesh (6) and the wall plate (2).</p> |
