According to the present invention, a semiconductor apparatus comprises: a global line configured to enable electrical coupling between a memory block and an input/output terminal wherein the input/output terminal is for data input/output with the outside of the semiconductor apparatus; a fuse array sharing the global line and configured to store and output repair information through the global line; and a control unit configured to selectively open or block paths among the input/output terminal, the global line, and the fuse array according to an operation mode of the semiconductor apparatus. |
