The present invention relates to a kit for diagnosing diseases caused by hypersecretion of growth hormone, and a screening method of substances for preventing or treating diseases caused by hypersecretion of growth hormone. The present invention can be helpfully used in early and reliably diagnosing diseases caused by hypersecretion of growth hormone such as growth hormone secretory pituitary tumors and hyperpituitarism or predicting risk of the diseases by using a gene or a protein marker.
