A method, device, and system for data synchronization in a distributed storage system. The method comprises: a first storage service cluster receives a first data change request sent by a first client; the first storage service cluster changes corresponding data in the first storage service cluster according to the first data change request; the first storage service cluster synchronizes the changed data as first synchronous data to a second storage service cluster; the first storage service cluster receives second synchronous data sent by the second storage service cluster; and the first storage service cluster implements data synchronization according to the second synchronous data.
