The carriage (1) has symmetrically carriage body parts (1C, 11C) including anchors (114a, 114b) and running elements e.g. wheels (12). Each of the anchors is constructed on respective opposing sides of a glass panel (4) to mash with a corresponding mounting device of the panel. The carriage body parts are formed as plates, the anchors include a strip-like anchor element, and are oriented against the respective mounting device to form a receiving groove (44) for receiving a flange of the mounting elements. A threaded hole receives a threaded pin turned towards the panel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a separation element comprising a panel suspended from the panel holding carriage (2) a bottom guide for a panel.
