The present invention relates to a device for preventing an apartment door from sagging, wherein a door sagged by the abrasion of a hinge is prevented from misaligned with a door frame when closed. The device for preventing an apartment door from sagging comprises: a pair of brackets (20, 22) installed on a door frame (10); a pair of guide rails (30, 32) installed on brackets (20, 22) to be parallel to each other; a hollow slider (40) guided in a lateral direction between the guide rails (30, 32) and having a rotation guiding hole (41), which penetrates from front to back; ballast springs (50, 52) installed between the right and left side surfaces of the hollow slider (40) and the brackets (20, 22) respectively to make the equilibrium of forces; an eccentric hollow axis (60) inserted into the rotation guiding hole (41) to rotate and having an eccentric hole (62) with a spiral protrusion (61) on the inner circumference surface of the hole; a return spring (54) for returning the eccentric hollow axis (60) when a door (12) is opened; a flange (63) formed on an end part at the front side of the eccentric hollow axis (60) and hanging on the front surface of the hollow slider (40); a stop ring (70) installed on the rear end part of the eccentric hollow axis (60) and hanging on the rear surface of the hollow slider (40); stoppers (42, 72) for determining the returning position of the eccentric hollow axis (60); and a spline bar (80) inserted into the eccentric hole (62) when the door is closed (12), and having a spiral groove (81), which meets the spiral protrusion (61). |
