The present invention relates to a method for screening a PDK inhibitor and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating retinopathy. The method for screening a PDK inhibitor comprises the steps of: treating a PDK inhibitor candidate material to a retina sample separated from an object with retinopathy, a retina sample with hypoxia, and an animal model with retinopathy; and measuring the expression of ER stress genes or the activity of protein in the retina sample or the animal model treated with the candidate material. |
