The process for obtaining a dry granular additive-enhanced polymer material comprises: - a first step (50) of grinding blocks of a starting polymer material in a first grinder supplied with hot gas, in order to obtain a ground polymer material in the form of particles, - a first step (51) of metering out at least a first additive, - a first step (53) of adding each first metered out additive to the particles of ground polymer material; - a step (55) of solid/gas separation during which the solid materials and the moisture-laden gas resulting from the first addition step are separated; - a first step (56) of mixing the solid materials using a mixer; - a particle separation step (57) in order to separate the largest particles resulting from the mixer from the smallest particles resulting from the mixer; - a second step (58) of grinding the largest particles with a second grinder supplied with hot gas and - a step (59) of reinjecting the particles resulting from the second grinding step in order to return them to the separation step and - a step (61) of packaging the smallest mixed particles consisting of dry granular additive-enhanced polymer material. |
