<p>A method, apparatus and system for a UE selecting an access network, and a UE are disclosed. The method includes: a Network Selection Policy analysis System (NSPS) determining a network selection policy according to a current network state; and the NSPS sending the determined network selection policy to the UE, so as to notify the UE to perform access network selection according to the network selection policy. In the embodiments of the present invention, a problem in the related art that optimized access network selection for the terminal cannot be performed is effectively solved, which makes the terminal obtain a high-quality network, increases a service processing speed of the terminal, and improves the experience of the terminal user.</p> |
