The present invention relates to a mold unit for a brush holder which forms a brush holder extended to a prescribed length, wherein at least one spiral recess is formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof and extended in a spiral shape along a longitudinal direction. The mold unit for a brush holder comprises: a base member; a plurality of unit molds vertically stacked on the base member and provided with a middle hole formed therein to form a cavity corresponding to a brush holder and at least one shaping protrusion corresponding to the spiral recess and protruding on an inner circumferential surface thereof; and a fixing unit installed on the unit molds to fix the unit molds on the base member. The unit molds are installed and separated from each other in one direction by a prescribed angle with respect to a center line of the middle hole to form a spiral shape corresponding to the spiral recess. The mold unit for a brush holder in accordance with the present invention stacks the unit molds on top of each other to form the forming cavity to manufacture brush holders of various standards according to a stacking method of the unit molds to reduce mold manufacturing costs.
