An on-chip power supply network is used for solving the problem of a greater power loss in a transmission network resulted from the existing power supply network. The on-chip power supply network comprises at least one stage of on-chip voltage regulator (35) and a load (36); the on-chip voltage regulators on each stage are connected to at least one on-chip voltage regulator of the on-chip voltage regulators on the next stage; the on-chip voltage regulators on the first stage receive the voltage output by an electric power supply (33), or receive the voltage output by an off-chip voltage regulator (34); one on-chip voltage regulator of the on-chip voltage regulators on each stage except the on-chip voltage regulators on the first stage receives the voltage output by one on-chip voltage regulator of the on-chip voltage regulators on the previous stage; one on-chip voltage regulator of the on-chip voltage regulators on each stage except the on-chip voltage regulators on the last stage outputs the voltage required by the on-chip voltage regulators on the next stage to the on-chip voltage regulators on the next stage connected with the on-chip voltage regulator.
