Disclosed is an RFID Internet of Things comprising a reader/writer, an RFID chip, a memory, a power source, an antenna, and a radiofrequency field. The RFID card is introduced into the radiofrequency field of the reader/writer. The induced current is acquired via the antenna. The induced current is passed through a step-up circuit to serve as a power source of the chip. The induced current is passed through a radiofrequency front-end circuit and a digital signal retrieved is fed to a logic control circuit for information processing. Reply information is acquired from the memory. The reply information is returned to the radiofrequency front-end circuit by the logic control circuit. The reply information is sent back to the reader/writer via the antenna. A communication channel and a communication mode between the RFID card and the reader/writer are determined by the antenna, and, RFID technology is used to implement automated control and monitoring on a production line, thus increasing productivity, improving a production method, and saving costs. |
