The present invention pertains to a selling price calculation device and a selling price calculation system with which it is possible to calculate a selling price that is perceived as being low by consumers and is appropriate for dealers. A price collection unit (22) collects the selling prices of a product in brick-and-mortar stores or a product in virtual stores on a network (3), and a lowest value identification unit (24) identifies a reference price for that product from the selling prices collected for that product by the price collection unit (22). A selling price determination unit (25) identifies a price change parameter value from a dealer for the product for which the selling prices have been collected, and changes the selling price from the reference price identified by the lowest value identification unit (24) to a value which is obtained by means of a prescribed calculation using the identified price change parameter value, and is then set as the selling price when the dealer sells the product. |
