Provided is an imprint method for forming an imprint material pattern on a substrate. The imprint method of the present invention comprises the following processes: spreading imprint material droplets on the substrate; observing the spread droplet; acquiring information on the Newton′s ring and the diameter of the droplet from the observed result; and determining condition for spreading the imprint material when forming the pattern, based on the acquired information. |
