The present invention relates to a ground heat exchange system and, more specifically, to a ground heat exchange system with improved geothermal efficiency which is formed in a suction pipe or a discharge pipe in order to form a first slot hole or a second slot hole in a spiral form overall, and can perform practical heat exchange because there is less heat interference during exhaustion of underground water to perform direct heat exchange by being discharged to a bore hole from the discharge pipe again, and can improve durability of the suction pipe or the discharge pipe by preventing notch effect by the first or the second slot hole punctured in a circular shape.
