The present invention relates to a sealed type heat radiation member having a bellows structure. More specifically, the sealed type heat radiation member having a bellows structure prevents degradation of cooling efficiency of an air foil bearing and prevents a coupling bolt from being damaged or broken. To achieve the purpose, the sealed type heat radiation member having a bellows structure comprises: a ring-shaped first coupling unit having a first coupling hole; a heat shield back plate having a groove wherein a heat shield insulation and a heat shield are inserted; and a plurality of bellowses provided between the first coupling unit and the heat shield back plate.
