The present invention relates to a polymer/hybrid conductive filler composite having excellent electrical properties by using a polymer blend and two or more electroconductive fillers, and a method for manufacturing the same. The polymer/conductive filler composite in accordance with the present invention comprises: a polymer including polypropylene and polylactic acid; a carbon nanotube and nickel-coated carbon fibers which are an electroconductive filler; and a maleic acid anhydride graft polypropylene copolymer which is a compatibilizer so as to have excellent electrical properties through selective dispersion of the electroconductive filler, enhancement of dispersibility by the compatibilizer, and a synergy effect by addition of two of more conductive fillers. The polymer/hybrid conductive filler composite in accordance with the present invention is formed by molding a complex, which is manufactured through a protrusion process and a twin screw extruder, through an injection machine. The manufactured polymer/hybrid conductive filler composite has enhanced electrical conductivity through selective dispersion of the carbon nanotube, dispersion of a domain by the compatibilizer, and a synergy effect based on the use of two or more conductive fillers. |
