HYBRID COOLING AND WARMING SYSTEM HAVING COMPLEX HEAT SOURCE

The present invention relates to a hybrid cooling and heating system comprising a compound heat source which cools and heats a specific space (building and house), and extends decline of the temperature of a water heat source of a water tank maximally by supplying a prepared subsidiary heat source selectively in case long time heat storage is not done because of an environmental cause. The hybrid cooling heating system comprises: the water tank; a heat pump connected to a deposited coiled tube; a hot water tank where a heat-exchanged thermal medium at a room temperature is stored; a first pump for pumping the thermal medium and supplying the pumped thermal medium to the hot water tank; a first heat exchanger for exchanging heat of the thermal medium; a second pump for circulating the thermal medium of the hot water tank; a load side indoor unit for cooling and heating the specific space through the heat-exchanged thermal medium; a first control valve and a second control valve for controlling flow of the thermal medium of the indoor unit at the load side; a third pump for circulating the thermal medium of the indoor unit at the load side; a circulation pipe for connecting the indoor unit at the load side and the water tank; a third control valve and a fourth control valve for controlling flow of the thermal medium circulating through circulation pipe; and the subsidiary heat source which delays sharp decline of the temperature of the water heat source of the water tank, when the temperature of the water heat source of the water tank declines sharply.
