The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Korean-style pork barbecue with bean sprouts, which is cooked on a cooking steel plate having a flat bottom and a barrier installed on a circumference of the flat bottom to prevent cooked food from flowing to the outside. The method for manufacturing a Korean-style pork barbecue with bean sprouts includes the steps of: freezing pork; cutting the frozen pork into slices in a certain thickness; washing bean sprouts; placing and spreading the washed bean sprouts on the flat bottom; placing the pork slices in a certain thickness on the spread bean sprouts; adding vegetables to the bean sprouts and the pork slices which are placed on the bottom; adding seasoning sauce including pepper powder to the bean sprouts, the pork slices, and the vegetables; and cooking the Korean-style pork barbecue with bean sprouts by heating the cooking steel plate on which cooking materials consisting of the bean sprouts, the pork slices, the vegetables, and the seasoning sauce including the pepper powder is placed for a certain period of time. According to the present invention, excellent taste and a large amount of nutrients are provided and the Korean-style pork barbecue with bean sprouts can be effectively cooked as the bean sprouts are placed under the the frozen pork and thus the Korean-style pork barbecue with bean sprouts can be prevented from being easily scorched. |
