The memory device stores instructions that when executed by the processing device result in discovering wireless mobile devices within a proximity range of the transceiver; initiating communication between the transceiver and one or more of the wireless mobile devices; and exchanging data with the one or more of the wireless mobile devices.

an antenna; a processing device; and a memory device in communication with the processing device, the memory device storing instructions that when executed by the processing device result in:
discovering wireless mobile devices within a proximity range of the transceiver;initiating communication between the transceiver and one or more of the wireless mobile devices; and exchanging data with the one or more of the wireless mobile devices, wherein the exchanging data includes transmitting output data to at least one of the one or more of the wireless mobile devices, and the output data includes a unique identifier associated with the transceiver.
