1. A bed, comprising:
a bed frame, and; an articulating bed surface including a back section, a seat section and a lower leg section and wherein the seat section is pivotally mounted to the bed frame to rotate about a substantially vertical axis between a home position aligned with said bed frame and an egress position away front the home position, and wherein the back section is pivotally mounted to the seat section about a first horizontal axis to pivot between reclined and inclined positions, and wherein the back section comprises a frame with opposing side bars and opposing crossbars and includes a plurality of rollers rotatably mounted to and between the opposing side bars and between and parallel to the opposing crossbars.
