The present invention relates to a stainless steel metal sorting apparatus which comprises: a conveyor belt driven by a pair of belt-driving rollers to rotate; a support frame supporting the lower part of the conveyor belt; multiple permanent magnets disposed inside the conveyor belt within a predetermined length in a transferring direction of the conveyor belt; and an inclination control portion having the lower part connected to the support frame and the upper part connected to the side of the conveyor belt to control an inclined angle between the support frame and the conveyor belt so as to make the conveyor belt inclined perpendicular to the transferring direction of the conveyor belt, wherein when the mixture is introduced perpendicular to the transferring direction of the conveyor belt, a stainless steel metal in a mixture is transferred in the transferring direction of the conveyor belt by magnetic force of permanent magnets, and a non-metal in the mixture is transferred perpendicular to the transferring direction of the conveyor belt by the inclined angle of the conveyor belt.
