A description is given of a gas meter (100; 200; 300) in the form of container constituted by an upper half-case (1; 1'; 1'') provided with a perimeter edge (5) and a lower half-case (2) provided with a perimeter edge (9) suitable for abutting against said edge (5), further comprising connection means (6) which join said upper half-case (1; 1'; 1'') to said lower half-case (2) and at least one electrical cable (8), coming from one or more electrical/electronic modules inside said meter (100; 200; 300), wherein on said connection means (6), at the horizontal plane of abutting of the two edges (5; 9), a slot (7) or indentation (7') is provided, without cable fitting, suitable for the passage of said cable (8) towards the outside of said meter. |
