摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of chicken breast-fried sandwich, more specifically, which comprises the steps of: (a) hard-boiling an egg; (b) mixing by putting in crushed cucumber, sugar, and salt; (c) mixing sugar after crushing sausage and heating; (d) separating the yolk from the albumen in the boiled egg, adding perilla powder, and mixing sugar and salt; (e) adding cucumber to mayonnaise with a volume ratio of 2 to 1; (f) adding the sausage to the mayonnaise with the volume ratio of 2 to 1; (g) adding the albumen and the yolk to the mayonnaise with the volume ratio of 2 to 1; (h) forming a sausage layer on the top of a first bread, putting a second bread on the top of the sausage layer, forming a cucumber layer on the top of the same, placing a third bread on the top of the same, forming an egg layer on the top of the same, and stacking a fourth bread on the top of the same; (i) cutting the stacked bread in a triangle, and applying starch; (j) applying on the surface of the stacked bread after whipping the egg; and (k) applying bread powder to the stacked bread, and frying in oil. The method has effects in preventing the contents from being burst when chewing.
