The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting device, a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting device, and an organic light-emitting device including the same and, more particularly, to a method which can improve not only the efficiency of light extraction of the organic light-emitting device but also the uniformity of luminance. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises: a mixture preparation step of preparing a mixture by mixing a plurality of scattering particles in an inorganic binder; a mixture coating step of coating the mixture on a base substrate; a buffer layer forming step of forming a buffer layer by coating an inorganic material on the coated mixture; a sintering step of sintering the mixture and the buffer layer; a first electrode forming step of forming a first electrode made of metal in a fracture generated in the mixture and the buffer layer in the sintering step; and a second electrode forming step of forming a second electrode which is electrically connected to the first electrode on the first electrode.
