The present invention relates to a clip for sewing a button, which has an assembly structure. The assembly structure includes a plurality of upper tips having a fixing projection and a first supporting plate with a support function at one side of a button hole; and a lower tip having a boss with a mounting hole where the fixing projection is closely attached to, and a second supporting plate with the support function at the another side of the button hole. In addition, the present invention further relates to a fastening apparatus for fastening the clip onto a button and a cloth with only a single step, wherein the clip comprises the upper and lower tips.
