According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for topology optimization design considering the fatigue life of a structure comprises: a step of dividing a design domain of a structure into a finite number of elements; a step of calculating the fatigue life of the elements; a step of setting a constraint and an objective function for the elements; a sensitivity analysis step of analyzing a degree of change of the constraint and the objective function; a step of using a sensitivity value inside the structure obtained in the sensitivity analysis step to perform topology optimization design; a step of determining whether the constraint and the objective function satisfy a reference; and a step of determining a shape of the structure to be designed. Accordingly, a structure to which a load is repeatedly applied can be designed to have a life intended by a designer.
