A graphene structure is provided. The graphene structure comprises: a 2D-base graphene layer having a defect; and a linking material provided for the defect in the base graphene layer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the graphene structure is capable of improving various properties such as high conductivity or the like, by the linking material provided for the defect.
