The present invention relates to a radiation shielding apparatus for a non-destructive inspection. The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate radiation shielding by providing a radiation shielding apparatus made of a body and one or more shielding plates stacked one after another on a top of the body, and allowing the radiation shielding apparatus to be placed on an inspection target object. To achieve this, the radiation shielding apparatus to prevent radiation leak during a non-destructive inspection comprises: the body (10) placed on the inspection target object; and one or more shielding plates (20) seated on the body (10) to shield radiation. The shielding plate (20) comprises: a casing (22) in a shape same or similar to the body (10); and a shielding object (24) provided inside the casing (22) to shield radiation.
