The present invention relates to a method for transmitting audio data and an apparatus therefor. The method for transmitting audio data of an electric device comprises processes of: encoding a first audio stream section included in an audio stream; setting a point spaced by a predetermined section from the starting point of the first audio stream section as the starting point and encoding a second audio stream section having the same length with the first audio stream section; transmitting first audio data encoding the first audio stream section to a first auxiliary device; and transmitting second audio data encoding the second audio stream section to a second auxiliary device after time corresponding to the predetermined section is elapsed.
