The present invention relates to a sea boundary light equipping a wave power generator which can easily generate power even when a wave height is low, wherein the sea boundary light equipping a wave power generator does not load a heavy weight means for power conversion on a buoyant member, but loaded on a load plate, when in a state the buoyant member having an own weight which can rotate a driving axis. In addition, because a caterpillar type power conversion device is fixed on an anchor cable of an anchor lowered on a sea bed and mounted on a cylindrical shaped guide buoyant member loaded on the center of a sank base buoyant member, and mitigates a load of wave power and the caterpillar type power conversion device receives the load of wave power, thereby the present invention can generate power using wave power for a long time without having a damage. |
