The present invention relates to a sprouted coffee composition prepared by processing sprouted coffee beans germinated by using a processed sulfur solution, a method for preparing an alcoholic drink by using the same, and an alcoholic drink prepared by the same. The present invention provides a sprouted coffee composition obtained by the processes: a coffee bean germination process where a processed sulfur solution prepared by mixing water supplied by a purifier with separate processed sulfur is sprayed to coffee beans to germinate the same; a washing process where the sprouted coffee beans obtained in the germination process are washed and dehydrated to obtain the washed sprouted coffee beans; a drying process where the washed sprouted coffee beans obtained in the washing process are dried to obtain the dried sprouted coffee beans; a roasting process where the dried sprouted coffee beans obtained in the drying process are roasted; a grinding process where the roasted sprouted coffee beans obtained in the roasting process are placed into a grinder to grind the same and obtain ground sprouted coffee in a form of ground particles; and a hot water extraction process where the ground sprouted coffee obtained in the grinding process is used to perform a hot water extraction to obtain liquid coffee concentrate. In addition, the present invention provides a method for preparing an alcoholic drink, wherein the sprouted coffee composition obtained through the germination process by a processed sulfur solution, the washing process, the drying process, the roasting process, the grinding process, and the hot water extraction process is mixed with an alcoholic drink to perform secondary processing. |
