According to the present invention, a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) message transfer method, which is to transfer a DHCP message by a DHCP message relay device between a client and a server, comprises the following steps: receiving a DHCP discovery message to search for a server from a client; broadcasting the received DHCP discovery message to an uplink interface; and receiving a DHCP offer message from the server receiving the DHCP discovery message, and broadcasting the DHCP offer message to a downlink interface.
