The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sesame cookie. More specifically, the sesame cookie is manufactured by using sesame powder, produced by freezing and drying sesame leaves, as a main ingredient rather than wheat flour as in an existing method. Rich nutrients of sesame leaves can be provided in a form of a cookie so that people can take the nutrients of sesame leaves in an easy and convenient manner compared to an existing cookie manufactured by using wheat flour as frozen and dried sesame leaf powder instead of wheat flour, commonly used for manufacturing a cookie, is used. |
