Provided is a shock absorption device for a sliding door, capable of stably holding a sliding door without repulsive power after impact is absorbed and reduced in the opening and closing of the sliding door through a simple mechanical principle. The shock absorption device for a sliding door comprises: a mounting frame fixed to be positioned in each end of rails installed on a top surface or top and bottom surfaces of furniture; and shock absorption members arranged inside the mounting frame to hold the sliding door through a deceleration section after the impact is initially absorbed by a shaft arranged on a moving unit in a process of moving the sliding door to be opened and closed. Accordingly, the present invention minimizes malfunctions, prevents impact noise due to the opening and closing of the door, and stably opens and closes the door to prevent damage to the door or the furniture. |
