PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an underfill material to a correct position even when a syringe is replaced.SOLUTION: A coating device 1 has syringes 21 in which an underfill material to be supplied onto a printed board 5 is stored. The syringe 21 is mounted on a Z stage 15 which is a movement mechanism and positioning members 53, 54 are arranged downward of the syringe 21. If the syringe is replaced, the selected syringe 21 is aligned to an alignment mark 47 of the positioning members 53, 54, thereby correcting a position of the syringe 21 and coating the underfill material in a desired position on the printed board 5. |
