PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material containing a carbon nanotube, in which the adsorption amount of dopant is improved and contact resistance is further reduced, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion material containing a carbon nanotube, includes the steps of: increasing the molecular weight of a dopant precursor which becomes a dopant by achieving a high molecular weight in a state where a carbon nanotube is made to co-exist therewith; and increasing the molecular weight of the dopant precursor in a state where the dopant precursor is made to co-exist at 20 to 100 pts.wt. with respect to 1 pt.wt. of the carbon nanotube. |
