PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor which is easy to downsize, and has a large Q value.SOLUTION: A plane type spiral inductor comprises: a coil 10; and a magnetic material 14 filled between wires of the coil. The magnetic material 14 is composed of a magnetic composite material arranged by compounding magnetic microparticles and a dielectric material. In the magnetic material, the magnetic microparticles are present so as to be out of contact with each other. The Q value can be increased by using, as the magnetic composite material, a magnetic composite material arranged so that the proportion of magnetic microparticles and a dielectric material included therein is 1:1 on a volume ratio basis, or a magnetic composite material in which magnetic microparticles used therein are 2 μm or less in particle size. |
