PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kernel program and the like that enhance secrecy of data stored in a storage device without loading a file system in a kernel level of an OS.SOLUTION: A kernel program loaded in a computer inputting/outputting data between an application program and a storage device is configured to cause the computer to function as: socket establishment means that establishes a socket between the application program and the storage device; a relational database that inputs/outputs the data between the storage device and the computer via a device driver; and access control means that inputs a command from the application program via a message structure of the socket, outputs the command to the relational database, inputs an execution result from the relational database, and outputs the execution result to the application program via the message structure of the socket.
