PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which can support punctures by a plurality of puncture needles.SOLUTION: A three-dimentional reference image 72 is displayed along with an ultrasonogram (a tomographic image). The three-dimensional reference image 72 shows a first performance line 76 indicating a puncture needle for the first puncture and a second planned line 78 indicating a puncture planned path for a puncture needle for the second puncture. A position and a posture of a probe are adjusted by a user by referring to the three-dimensional reference image 72 so that the second planned line 78 keeps an appropriate positional relationship with the first performance line 76. After the position and the posture of the probe are adjusted, a second puncture needle is inserted in a living organism by using a puncture guide provided on the probe. At the time of completion of the insertion, a second performance line is displayed in the three-dimensional reference image 72. |
