摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black screen voltage compensation method for an organic EL display data driver which increases the durability against leakage from a thin film transistor (TFT) assembly to thereby prevent the leakage from exerting such an effect that the panel slightly illuminates to degrade the contrast.SOLUTION: A black screen voltage compensation method for an organic EL display data driver comprises the steps of: defining multiple set-point voltages including at least a highest gradation voltage, a lowest gradation voltage, and at least one gradation voltage between the highest gradation voltage and the lowest gradation voltage; establishing a voltage curve of the data driver on the basis of the set-point voltages; making the setting of the highest gradation voltage depend from the voltage curve; and raising the highest gradation voltage separately. By defining the black screen voltage separately, the black screen voltage can be adjusted independently to widen the range of circuit manipulation without affecting the settings of other grayscale voltages.
