PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip line which can increase characteristic impedance using a thin-formed dielectric film, and can reduce the fluctuation of the characteristic impedance dependent on the layout of a strip conductor pattern.SOLUTION: A first ground conductor pattern 2a includes a plurality of rows of quadrangular first openings 11a formed at predetermined gaps. A second ground conductor pattern 2b includes a plurality of rows of quadrangular second openings 11b formed at predetermined gaps. Each open width w1 of the openings is greater than a width w2 of each gap between the openings. Each first opening 11a and each second opening 11b disposed opposite thereto are formed in a manner to straddle each other. A straddle width between the first opening 11a and the second opening 11b is 1/2 times of the opening period of the openings. |
