PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle acoustic device which enables an occupant to easily feel the direction feeling and travel feeling of sounds.SOLUTION: Even when an operator 61 deviates the position of his or her head, the positions of the eyes 67 and 68 are calculated from an image including the face imaged by a camera 12a and the positions of the right and left ears 64 and 65 are estimated. Sound fields are corrected by calculating the volumes and delay times of sounds so as to be suitable respectively for the right ear 64 and the left ear 65.
