PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processor, a method, and a program that are capable of providing a TCO reduction proposal obtained by considering not only a device used by a customer but also usage records of software included in the device.SOLUTION: An information processing system of the present invention includes a monitoring device for collecting information of a device used by a customer and information of software included in the device used by a customer; and an information processor that proposes an alternative device and alternative software. The information processor acquires from the monitoring device the information of the device used by a customer and the information of the software, extracts, by using these pieces of information, the information of an alternative device and alternative software from a storage device having information of alternative devices and alternative software stored therein, and causes a display device to display the information of the alternative device and the software. |
