The present invention provides: a single circular knitted fabric in which a front comprises a first polyester yarn, a backside comprises a second polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn, the front has a knitting structure of knit-miss-tuck, and the backside has a knitting structure of knit; and a manufacturing method thereof. The single circular knitted fabric is lightweight and elasticity, and has excellent color fastness to dyeing and dimensional stability, and thus can be applied to various fields from clothing such as inner wear, outerwear, sportswear, and the like, to industrial materials such as chair materials or the like. |
